Problem Statement
Traditional insurance apps are riddled with complicated forms, unclear information, and poor navigation, making it difficult for users to understand their policies and claims.
Research
For research, I had conversations with some of my friends who had used similar services. These discussions provided valuable insights into common pain points and user behavior. Key themes that emerged included:
Overwhelming options leading to decision fatigue.
Concerns about spam calls after providing personal information like phone numbers.
Struggles with understanding complex insurance jargon.
Frustration with hidden details buried in fine print, making users feel misinformed about their coverage.
